    SecureTower 5.5: browser activity control, new tools for online monitoring, group reports and other innovations

    Falcongaze Company has released a new version of the SecureTower software, designed to prevent leakage of confidential information, provide risk management and comprehensive protection of business against internal threats. SecureTower 5.5 has been replenished with a number of modern tools to provide comprehensive control of information flows, as well as the monitoring of employees’ activities in the workplace.

    Thus, the opportunity of gathering information about activity of employees in web browsers has appeared in SecureTower 5.5. Now you can get detailed statistics on the time spent by users during working hours on various online resources: information about when, on which website and how much time spent a particular employee is available in visual form.

    Significant changes in SecureTower 5.5 have affected Reports Center. In Top reports and Security Center reports the opportunity to specify a filter for users and groups has appeared. In other words, now you can set user groups and build interactive summary reports on controlled data channels and the number of information security incidents for all observation time or for a selected time interval. This allows to draw comparisons of staff performance within various company divisions.

    Moreover, now absolutely all reports in the system (Top reports, Security Center reports and Personal reports (reports on individual users)) have become fully interactive: having clicked on any parameter in a report you can go to the original documents and get detailed information. For example, when you click on the number of messages sent and received by a user in Skype, specified in the Messengers section of Personal report, you will go directly to these messages.

    User Activities Control module in SecureTower 5.5 has become even more ergonomic. When using User relations graph analyzer you can view contacts of employees in a convenient form: group in tables or vice versa ungroup, drag items and randomly place them in the window as well as save a report on user relations to a file in a graphical format.

    Another good news for the SecureTower users: the new version has been replenished with a function of remote listening of microphones, built-in or connected to users’ workstations in real time and with the option to save the records received. Using this tool allows you to identify cases of disclosure of confidential information in spoken language.

    In addition, work of SecureTower in large corporate networks with a large number of users has been optimized, and, as a result, processing speed has increased several times. Now search for data on a particular user in organizations, where staff totals thousands, takes even less time.
