1. Truncate the lower outer IP range (for example, 1.0.0.1 - 191.167.255.255);
2. Select the IP range that you want to monitor (for example, 192.168.0.0/16);
3. Truncate the upper outer IP range (for example, 193.0.0.1 - 255.255.255.255);
