Banks, financial institutions, stock exchanges, broker and dealer companies, and depositories are among the organizations that work with sensitive and highly valuable information. Basically, these are databases containing information about customers and their transactions. Such information, in case of leakage, may lead both the client and the bank to financial losses as the client might lose confidence in the bank and withdraw all assets from it or even sue the bank for secrecy legislation violation.
